Definition or Description:

Those human interactive skills what promote or facilitate learning in face-to-face instruction, as well as those skills in using various forms of instructional delivery mechanisms.
Comment:

In face-to-face (traditional classroom) instruction instructional delivery skills involve such things as:

  • giving organized presentations;
  • motivating students;
  • generating enthusiasm;
  • communicating effectively

"Online" or interactive video instruction may also require skills in using various forms of computer equipment.
