Definition or Description:

Public Speaking is generally defined as speaking to large group of individuals, in a formal setting, for the purpose of imparting information and/or persuading others to a particular point of view.
Comment:
In the technical sense public speaking involves careful planning, preparation, and, in many cases, practice and rehearsal.Ý Public speaking involves not only clarity of speech but skill in using gestures, body stance and natural humor, to both communicate and convince the audience to your position or point of view.
