Registration fees include all workshop materials as well as

day. The Faculty Evaluation
workshop materials include Developing
a Comprehensive Faculty Evaluation System:3/e
(Raoul A. Arreola, Jossey-Bass, Inc., 2007), and appropriate
worksheets and handouts. The Student
Rating workshop includes the Student
Rating Design and Development Kit by Raoul A.
Arreola and Lawrence M. Aleamoni. The Kit contains a catalog
of over 500 student rating items.

REFUNDS:
A refund of all registration fees less a $50 processing
charge will be made upon written
notification
at least 30
days prior
to the workshop date. Due to the fact that contracted hotel
meeting facilities and speaker fees are determined on the basis
of the number registered 30 days prior to the workshop, refunds
cannot be made after that time. However, upon
request,
the full fee may be applied to any workshop or conference offered
by CEDA during the 12 months following the workshop date.
